Inspection equipment includes profilometers, roughness meters, salt spray testers, hardness testers, spectrometers, carbon and sulfur analyzers, zinc layer thickness gauges, 300mm digital measuring projectors, etc., which provide users with a solid foundation for high-quality products. Two fully automatic ring-shaped rack plating lines, a gantry roller plating production line, and a fully automatic stainless steel electrolytic polishing production line can achieve surface treatment of 15,000 tons of fluid connectors and various equipment accessories and structural parts every year.
